How we work - fees & commission
For a purchase of property, 5-10% administrative fee is paid depending on the total value.
For listing of a property to sale commission is 3% of the sales price.
For property management services commission is 10% of monthly rental income or an agreed to commission structure for vacant properties based on management needs.
